pricing rentals by housing mkt or cash flow
my son and i own 5 single family rentals in the far west suburbs of Chicago. we are considering selling then as a group. my question is from investor side, would they price them as 5 individual residential properties, or from the cash flow generated like they would a multiunit. the properties are all currently leased.
