Best application and screening website

I'm looking for a website I can link to prospective tenants. A place they can fill out an application and get a quality background/credit check. Cozy was the site I thought best suited for this, but the merger with Apartments.com seems to have cut out a few nice features. I liked the old feature on Cozy, where only selected tenants were asked to pay for a background/credit check. Ideally, I'd rather not have 20 people pay $40 when the first couple tenant's may fit all the criteria. Rent collection through the app isn't needed. Ideally the service would be free on the landlord side.
