Black Mold in a Condo coming from roof leak

There is black mold coming through the wall of a condo. It aparently comes from a roof leak. The association is not responding. I have a tenant in the Condo. What do I do ?

Hire a lawyer asap, fix the roof leak and spray bleach on the mold, fix it, document and photos for all work. Sue the hell out of the association. Use the proceeds from winning the suit to buy another rental.
