Question about adding roof vent and potential mold

Hi, 

I just bought my first house and having some questions about my attic. This is house is in florida and it has soffit. Do you still suggest to Install a Roof vent. Also, my cellulos Insulation are so dark, is it mold on there and should I be worry about it? Thank you for your time to answer my questions.
