eviction how to stop partial rent payments

I am getting ready to figure out how to evict a tenant for 1.  moving in an unapproved girlfriend and for 2, not paying the rent.  He has not had any loss due to COVID, same job, same pay, same hours.  So he could not sign the COVID statement to put off eviction.

I am now researching the notices I need to give in Tennessee for him to correct the issues.  (Anyone have a good reference, please send it my way!)

I am also concerned that he may give a partial rent payment and make me start the process over.  He deposits part of the rent into my bank account, where 2 other tenants also deposit their rent.  So I expect that when he gets the notice he will deposit $100 or so and then I would need to start over, I think.

So, how do I avoid him depositing a partial payment?  Its a major bank, so they take what ever the renters give them.  I can not close the account as its the one all the tenants use that can not do on-line or APP payments.
