Construction Loan Advise

Hi BP Team! 

Does anyone have a referral for a bank that is great with construction loans? 

First time building. 

From my research I have found a bank that will wrap the down payment into the loan. Another bank requires 20% down up front. 

Pro's and Con's of both? Not exactly sure what the best route is. 

A lot depends on interest rates. I know construction loans are higher.
