@Jenee Tarpy While I do not have experience utilizing them, I personally rented (years ago) from Westridge Management and Southwest Management, and do NOT recommend either. I would recommend Danielle McConnaughay at Realty Executives, her mother is the top realtor in Yuma with many rental properties.

I use Realty Executives Billie Ward/Mandi Brown in the foothills. There's a certified PM named Dina Westover as well.
