Shipping Container Homes in Texas

Hello,

Has anyone had any experience in investing or building shipping container homes in  Houston Texas. I am new to Bigger Pockets but looking to invest in the near future in a few Shipping Container Homes for Airbnb and Rentals. I would also be new to any of this but I have been doing some research and they seem cost effective, eco friendly and the value doesn't depreciate on container homes.
