Is it legal to deny tenant for lack of rental history?? I'm in Baltimore, MD

I reckon it's legal though if they meet your rental criteria (credit score & income) it might be a good option to consider renting to them.
In my market when a tenant has zero rental history they're typically fresh out of college/their parents' house and I often require a co-signer to minimize my risk in renting to them.
