Who knows Nashville, TN? What are the up and coming neighborhoods?

I don’t think you can go wrong in Davidson County if you find a good deal. Donelson has up and came. I like the old Hickory area.

Basically.....every area haha. 

Nashville proper:

The only areas that are "up and coming" and still early in that phase are Madison, J.C Napier, Whites creek. 

Technically, East Nashville, Charlotte park, E trinity Ln and North Nashville are still up and coming but they have been turning very fast over the past 5 or so years.

Other areas to consider outside of the county....

Wilson county is on absolute fire at the moment. Mt. Juliet and Lebanon are flaming hot. 

Old Hickory is another one that I think will take off too.
