Bad tenant, looking for information
My parents have a duplex with bad tenants in both units. The rent is paid 2 weeks late every month. They are currently both month to month with no contracts in place. I am trying to learn about property management to help my parents correct this issue. They are in California. What would the process be in order to evict them both with the covid rent laws going on right now as well. Thanks for you time. -Mario
