Non paying renter in Ashburn, VA

One of my friend's renter is not paying rent. I am looking for a lawyer to deal with this situation. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@Rajesh Khatri I worked with a lawyer recently to get the tenant evicted. PM me if you need the contact information. Also, I have a condo in Ashburn and the tenant has not been paying rent so I am in the same boat.
