Renting and Don’t want to leave but cannot buy

Samantha Miles
Posted

Our family just moved to Texas from California. We are leasing our home out in California and we signed a six-month lease in the home here in Texas. The owner of the Texas home wants to sell it and we are not in a position to buy but we do not want to move we love this home in the neighborhood. I’m Wondering how I might go about finding an investor who wants to buy and rent the house for us.

What is the price the owner wants, and what are you paying for rent?

Where is the house?

This is what we call turnkey properties and there are investors who like those.

Also you could ask the owner if they would sell to you with owner financing.

You could ask if they have an assumable loan.
