I routinely browse Craigslist ads for other rentals being offered in order to stay on top of what other landlords are offering in my market.

I have seen some landlords advertising $0 security deposit. I'm baffled as to why they would do this.

Has anyone reading this ever done a $0 security deposit, and if so, WHY did you do it?
