Roommate Rental Agreement in Washington State 2021
Hi all,
I am going to rent out a room in my home to a friend and I was wondering if I should have a roommate rental agreement?
Do you have a separate account for payments received?
Do you prepare a statement for you and roommate to keep track of payments due and payments received?
How do you claim rental income for future investment opportunities?
