Recommendations to cover a patch on a brick wall

I removed a kitchen fan vent that goes out to my exterior brick wall. It it is filled with cement, but the exterior vent was also cemented leaving a slightly raised frame about 1/2" protruding from the brick. What is a good way to integrate, cover, decorate or otherwise make this look nicer? It is about 12" diameter. See the spot to the left of the window below.

Someone suggested covering it with a brick wall medallion, such as a sun, but I'm not finding my of a selection. I suspect I just don't have the right Google search term or know the right place to shop. Any ideas?
