Advice on damage by tenant
Please give advice on damage done by tenant to kitchen countertop. See stains some are scorch stains. It is a laminate top. Countertop is about 15 years old but was in good shape. Asking for full replacement, is that too much to ask or what would you suggest?

If tenant is still there, just leave them. When tenant moves, hold maybe $500 in damages, then paint'em and rent'em.
