Investing in Wichita, Ks

I am looking to expand my portfolio to include some properties in the Wichita area. I have done some online searches and believe I have my list narrowed down but would love if anyone had personal experience with Property Managers in Wichita.

Also, if you know of lenders and real estate agent I wouldn't mind hearing experiences about that either! :)
