Searching for reliable PM in Southern Maine

Hi all, in process of purchasing first property in Maine to rent as VRBO. Does anyone have reliable prop mgrs in the area? The few I interviewed were upfront about not wanting to manage such a property due to the time commitment it is (for them). Thanks all, much appreciated!!
