I have an option to purchase a property with squatters
Im working at Akron-Oh
Is it worth the headache? Any knowledge or experience that can help?

@Nir Har-Zion really the only option with squatters currently is a cash for keys deal.  Speak to the squatter and ask them how much to move.  Then add that into your calculations.  Also, remember they still may not keep their word.
