interior paint using existing wall color - 1 or 2 coats refresh?

hi!  if I'm going to paint the same Agreeable Gray color on walls 4 years later, do I need to do two coats or will one suffice?  walls are in great condition with only a few minor nail holes and additional minor sparkling needed.  your thoughts?
