Looking for MD attorney to setup LLCs
I am looking for an attorney in Maryland to help me setup the right LLC structure. Have been very puzzled about the right structure (1 LLC per rental vs having an extra out of state LLC) to cover the legal front as I am very tempted to start paying off my rentals. All my properties are in state and think someone local maybe helpful. Or does that matter? Appreciate all feedback and leads.
