Passive income on a rental property in MA from solar panels

Hi all,

I have a rental property in MA that gets a TON of sun.

Has anyone installed solar panels on their rental units to earn passive income? I think it’s too complicated to pass along the solar savings along to the tenants and would rather have a separate meter and keep the money earned from the panels.

Anyone else done this? I hope someone has and an added bonus if you’ve done this in MA!
