A federal judge has lifted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's nationwide eviction ban 6 weeks before it was set to expire

Curious to hear other landlord's feedback on this news and what potential effect this has for your market.  The eviction moratorium has likely affected different markets to varying degrees.
