What is the maximum no of people I should accomodate in a 3bed 2 bath apartment?

Based on local laws but usually  2 per bedroom + 1 .   However if you have specific issues with the property such as well or bedrooms are particularly small you can set a lower occupancy limit as long as you stick with it.
