ISO: Very part time property manager

Hi All,

I have a triplex in Los Angeles I manage myself and am not looking for a property manager. However, I am looking for someone that can field calls and direct to the appropriate handyman/contractor in case of an emergency. I sometimes go hiking/skiing for a weekend (or a week , once per year) in areas with no cell service and am worried something will happen while I'm gone. Anyone have any solutions? Maybe a virtual assistant on a small retainer?

Thanks,
Tim

@Tim Grich Without actually hiring a property manager to manage the property, you could look at a VA who works hourly. Do you only want this person to field calls only when you are away? Have you considered hiring out the PM work so you don't have to manage the property at all? This will free you up even more.
