Renting out my single family house
Hello everyone;
My name is Michael and I am 25 years old. I recently purchased my first house built last year. I moved in around November for a little over 200K with a 2.5% interest rate. I am trying to purchase my second house through the VA loan, move in and then rent out my current house. I am planning on repeating this process maybe every 2years . My plan is to stick with single family houses but I'm just nervous because I'm not sure how this could turn out 🤔. ( thinking about having most properties around fort hood,Texas ) PLEASE ANY ADVICE?
