Inspection security deposit problems

As a landlord, in Pennsylvania, am I required to inspect my property after a tenant moves out and before the new tenants move in?

@Arthur Crusan Even if it's not "required" in PA, you should require it of yourself just as good professional practice. As @Scott M. said, how will you determine the cause of any damage if you don't inspect in between tenants? You should have a system in place for inspections and deposit disposition disbursements. If you don't, you are setting yourself up for trouble. It's also a good idea to do inspections prior to offering a lease renewal.
