Advertising for rent on Facebook

I have been using Facebook to advertise rental vacancies.  While I get a LOT of responses, most dont meet my rental qualifications and it can be very time consuming to weed through all the messages.  Any help from those using Facebook would be appreciated.

Thanks much.

We have always used FB marketplace and yes we go through a lot of people before finding the right person but I think outlining expectations on the listing is very important! I won’t entertain questions that are outlined in my description and I will not show the apartment until an application is filled out. I usually get about 100+ messages, 25 people giving me their email for an application, and 5 people who actually fill it out! Hope this helps.
