San Antonio rehab prices?
I'm practicing running numbers and finding deals before I chase my first one, so i don't have any properties yet. I want to make sure I'm confident in my estimates before I find myself in a ditch where I have underestimated rehab costs and take a loss on my ROI. But with the price of materials going up since covid spread (especially wood), I have no idea how to estimate rehab prices. Does anyone have tips that invests in the San Antonio market?
