Investment Property in Blue Ridge, GA

I'm thinking about buying a property on Granny Branch Rd in Blue Ridge, GA as a short-term rental / Airbnb. Does anyone have any good recommendations for managers? Or data on what the rental rates should be? To my understanding, this property has rental history prior to the current owners and they've recommended a few management companies but thought I would ask this forum for some help first.
