Thoughts on leasing to a commercial Air BnB host?

Hello amazing and intelligent BP people,

I wondered whether you might have ideas. My wife and I recently renovated a townhome and are putting it up for rent. We were contacted by a commercial entity that would like to rent it long-term and lease it short-term on Air BnB and similar platforms. They say it will be very well taken care of, they will fix all problems, ensure it is very clean etc. From our perspective if we receive the rent on time, that sounds fine. My questions are:

i) Has anyone had experience in leasing to these commercial entities rather than individual tenants and what are the pros/cons?

ii) How do we best do due diligence on this company? We can ask for other references but can't check credit in the same way as an individual. Are there other ways to make sure we're not getting locked into something that might prove problematic?
