Septic tank in a rental SFR - good or bad for the landlord?

Looking to invest in a unique luxury home on a 1.0 acre lot, as rental.  It is in a unique neighborhood of similar homes/lots, all in a central location in a city.

This home has a septic tank. Potential problem or not?
