Options for repossession of LOT after death of tenant

Hi All,

We had a tenant who recently passed away. She rented the lot only from us, on a m-t-m agreement, and owned her mobile. The home was Willed to her children who are not paying lot rent.

My question is: what are our options to take repossession of our lot?
