Renovations for Eventual Rental

Don Johnson
Posted

Hey guys, I just bought a house in Vegas. I plan on living in the house for 1-2 years and then I plan on using this as a rental. Here are the pictures of the house. Are there any renovations that you would suggest? I want to get the maximum bang for the buck.

This is what I am considering:

  1. 1.Paint all the cabinets and add door handles. Any suggestions on paint color to match the floors?
  2. 2.Consider getting LVP floors. Do you think it is worth it? The master bedroom already has dark color floors. 3.What about the tile floors? should I just keep the tile floors?
  3. 4. Add a fan and some recessed lights in the living room?
  4. 5. Add a fan and recessed lights in the bedrooms?
  5. 6. Considering granite or quartz countertops. Any advice on how to save money?

Anything else?
