What to do if I haven't received a denial letter...

I was just looking for advice on what to do if I have yet to receive a denial letter for a rental application. It's been 2 months since I'd applied. I've emailed the company numerous times through a 3rd party site which was where I applied, so I have no info to try and call. Any help appreciated.

In this market where rentals go in days if they haven't responded they denied you by ignoring you. Why do you need a denial letter?
