ISO Handyman In Southern Wisconsin Area

Hello fellow investors/property managers!
I am looking for a local handyman/handyman service for some of my rental properties. I've tired finding some on Google, but it seems incredibly hard to get these people to pick up the phone! 
If you have worked with someone reliable and affordable that is in the Southern Wisconsin Area, please reply to this post with your recommendation, it would be greatly appreciated.
