SFR Landlord Insurance: DP2 or DP3?

Hello!

I've been shopping insurance for an investment property, and I've received two quotes from different insurers. One is a DP2 policy, the other a DP3 policy. The premium difference is about 30% ($500). 

I'm having a hard time finding what additional perils might be covered on a DP3.... Does anyone have any advice on this? 

I'll have the agent send me the contracts for each so I can review, but any other advice is appreciated.
