Keep checks or copies?
Hello everyone, I was just curious what people did with the rent checks after they've cleared? Do you guys keep the checks, digital copy then discard, or as soon as its approved you shred it? Up until this multiunit I now have all my tenants were paying threw Venmo, so I figured Id ask to save myself future headache.
