Moving to Waco, Texas. Looking to rent.

My wife and I have 6 doors in Cedar Rapids, IA and we're packing up and moving to Waco, TX for work. 

I'm simply looking to rent a 2+ bedroom apartment or house for 12 months, maybe longer, starting in December. We'd be happy to live in your house hack. I'm having a hard time finding anything and any help would be appreciated.

I can prove income and have good credit.
