Late, served eviction notice, and now COVID.

I have a tenant who is late on rent because they “fell on hard times” and are between jobs. They were supposed to be starting the new job a day or two before I served an Ohio 3 day eviction notice. The day I served the notice they informed me that they now have COVID. They obviously can’t start the new job and don’t know when they will get paid. How long do I wait to continue with the eviction?
