Moving to an LLC from personal

I bought a 4 unit property on my name by taking a personal loan, wrote leases on my name and also procured insurance for the property on my name too.

If I now have to transfer to an LLC, what is the process involved?

You can create a quit claim deed QCD yourself, go to a title co and they can prepare it or a lawyer. But you simply QCD it from yourself to your LLC and register that with the county register of deeds. Or the title company can. Very simple, very cheap. Then you change your insurance and everything else to be in the name of the LLC.
