I recently purchased a single tenant NNN in Lawrenceburg, TN. It is an hour south of Nashville, and I am having a little difficulty finding a commercial property manager/ maintenance to service the building on a regular basis. I am in the Los Angles area, I am looking for my eyes and ears for the building. Any suggestions.
