Hi Everyone,

I am a newbie in real estate and planning to purchase a 2b 2b condo as a primary residence.

My Questions:

- Can I rent 1b 1b?

- if yes, do I need a lease?

- How early can I move out & rent the full condo (2b 2b) or buy another primary residence?
