Website to List Rental Properties in Chicago

In my new pseudo-property management capacity for my boss I am looking for a website to list all of his rental properties (only about 8-10) in one place. We've been doing Craigslist and he's been listing them there for 3 or 4 years but we want to get a more professional face on it so we can direct potential tenants to a nice website with all the properties.

Obviously we'd like to show pictures, potentially floor plans, and preferably have an embedded map from Google Maps showing where each of them are located and be able to click on a pin that links to the listing on another page of the site. Similar to Property Minders but we don't think we want to use them anymore because it's more geared towards selling. Any recommendations or should we just find somebody to make a site from scratch?

I use Vistaprint. You can upload pics, maps, PDF files, etc. You can do a page for each property that people can click onto. You can even tie email lists into so that you can do email blasts, and include a blog. It's like $30 a month.
