Hi for everyone

According to the experience of some of you, I would like to know a little bit more about how the 203k loan works, if you have any link that I can read or something like that I would be glad to get it. Maybe for some of you, it is a good strategy and on other hand maybe for some of you is not a good idea. please write your comments below I would like to know about your experiences on this.
