Need a wholesale mortgage broker Austin Tx
Got a househack investment property in Austin that needs to be refinanced. Tons of equity and a rather high interest rate compared to today’s standards. Problem is that I am a full time investor so I don’t have a standard W2 income. Looking for 30yr conventional.
Need a wholesale lender independent broker that is not afraid to think outside the box. Someone that can pitch this to underwriters in way that it will get passed. Anyone up for the challenge?
