We will also be asking them to share where they think the biggest opportunities are for 2022. We also want our guests and members to think about what their biggest Ah Ha moments and Lessons learned were so you can share at the meeting.
Examples of Ah Ha Moments:
- AirBnb properties can generate 4x-6x the normal monthly rent which extraordinarily increases monthly cash flow
- You can put money in your pocket in the front end of the deal AND still stay in the deal
Examples of Lessons Learned:
- Making bad decisions that can be the difference in making a profit and losing money
- Making sure your paperwork is in order makes it so much easier when Tax season is in
