The last meet up was a success, and we had a new guest with an interesting concept. Co-living. Use a single family house, max out the bedroom spaces, and rent out by the door. Join us on Wednesday February 16th 630pm at Shaw Realty Group for an eye opening presentation from Dave Edwards. He is the first investor in the Houston area to partner with PadSplit, and do it very successfully. The Fightin Texas Aggie tailgate Firetruck will be there dispensing some wonderful beverages.
