Patrick is a Professional Note Investor from San Diego, Ca. For many years he has been an accomplished Athlete, Sales Trainer, Public Speaker, and Entrepreneur. His goal is to help people create passive income through the paper side of Real Estate.

Tunde is a talented real estate development manager for one of the esteemed Trammell Crow Company, a national recognized developer/builder.
He thrives on the diverse and exciting demands of managing the development process, which include meeting capital partner, tenant, local stakeholder goals for both private and public private partnership (P3) speculative and build-to-suit (BTS) projects.
A distinguished graduate of the Naval Academy, veteran Naval Officer and former project manager several governmental agencies, Tunde’s well versed in the public sector decision making and approval process.

Steve has over 25 years of experience in leadership and management in multiple industries. His business management and project management experience was cultivated in real estate, land development and construction, involving commercial, institutional, residential and public works projects. He has held positions as a General Building Contractor, a Senior Project Manager for an ENR top 50 rated agency construction management firm and Vice-President of Land Acquisition and Forward Planning for a production homebuilder. Steve has earned a Master of Business Administra Steve is a certified trainer for the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and presents as an expert for audiences in the education, real estate and construction industries, speaking for business workshops, seminars, conferences and symposiums.
